The Nature Explorers Educator Leadership Training is designed for parents, educators, and community leaders who want to learn how to successfully facilitate and grow engaging nature-based learning communities. This training equips leaders with the tools, structure, and confidence needed to support both co-op classes and outdoor activity groups in a way that feels organized, meaningful, and community-centered. Through this training, participants will gain insight into how the Nature Explorers model operates behind the scenes — from class flow and group management to marketing, communication, and creating engaging learning experiences for children and families. Topics covered include: 🌲 How the Nature Explorers co-op and activity group model works 🧭 Facilitating outdoor, hands-on, and project-based learning experiences 👩👩👧👦 Managing multi-age group dynamics and community culture 📚 Creating engaging themed learning experiences and class flow 📣 Marketing and growing local groups through social media and community outreach 🗓 Organizing schedules, events, field trips, and communication systems 🌱 Leadership development and creating welcoming family environments 🎒 Supplies, setup, and practical systems for smooth program operation This training is designed to help leaders feel supported and equipped while maintaining the heart of Nature Explorers — creating meaningful opportunities for families to connect, explore, and grow together through nature-based community experiences.
